Getting started
A short path from signup to your first reviews—no helpdesk required. For more, visit Support or contact us.
1. Connect your Google Business Profile
A verified Google Business Profile is required. During onboarding you’ll search for your business and link the listing we use for public Google reviews.
If something doesn’t match, fix it in Google Business Profile first, then return and connect again.
2. Know where your QR and link live
After setup, your dashboard includes your main tracking link and a QR code you can download or print.
Use the link in email signatures, receipts, and campaigns; place the QR on tables, counters, receipts, or packaging so customers can scan in seconds.
3. How review routing works
Customers land on your branded flow. Happy customers can be guided toward a public Google review; others can leave private feedback so you can respond before issues escalate.
We don’t incentivize or gate reviews—routing is about sending the right people to the right next step.
4. Reading the dashboard
See recent feedback, requests, and (on Pro) trends like sentiment and rating distribution.
Use the data to see what’s working and where to coach your team—small changes at the point of service often move ratings the most.
